General Collections

The Library has a huge range of physical and online collections, including: books and eBooks, journal articles, audiovisual material, exam papers and more. You can search our collections with Te Waharoa, the Library's gateway to resources.

Books and eBooks

The Library's physical collection is searchable via Te Waharoa. See our guide to borrowing for information on loan periods, requesting and renewing. Our guide to eBooks gives informations on finding and using eBooks, downloading and printing and how to use different devices. 

Audiovisual material

The Audiovisual Collection contains both online resources and multimedia items to borrow. The Library provides facilities for you to watch and listen to audiovisual material.

Exam papers

Our exam paper database contains exam papers that were received by the Library. It does not contain Trimester tests or the answers to any questions.

Course reserves

High demand material on course reading lists is placed on Course Reserve.

Find material via online databases and electronic journals available for free self-service for Victoria University students and staff. Many of these resources include access to full text as well as image and video content.

Make a Purchase Recommendation

Recommendations for the purchase of library resources can be made by any member of the University community. All additions to the collection are guided by the Collection Development and Management Policy.
